U ovom radu prikazuje se korištenje instituta uporabe tuđe nekretnine radi izvođenja radova kao vlasničkog prava u sudskoj praksi, pri čemu je autorica nastojala ukazati na najčešće probleme koji se pojavljuju prilikom vođenja ovakvih postupaka, koji se ukazuju složenima s obzirom na obvezni sadržaj tužbenog zahtjeva, uz nastojanje da se odgovori na pojedina pravna pitanja koja se mogu pojaviti prilikom vođenja takvih postupak.
