The European Health Interview Survey-Physical Activity Questionnaire (EHIS-PAQ) has been specially developed for gathering data on physical activity for the production of public health statistics in Europe and the calculation of European Core Health Indicators. The aim of this study was to examine the psychometric properties of the Serbian version of the EHIS-PAQ. This was a secondary analysis of data from the Serbian National Health Survey from 2019, which included a total of 15621 participants. The psychometric properties of the EHIS-PAQ were examined using the exploratory (EFA) and confirmatory factor analyses (CFA). EFA showed the existence of three factors. Factor loadings varied from 0.515 to 0.941. The EFA showed three factors that explain 55.02% of the variance. CFA showed that AGFI was 0.958, GFI was 0.977, CFI was 0.958, and RMSEA was 0.063 (95% CI: 0.056-0.069). The Serbian version of the EHIS-PAQ showed good construct validity and can be used as a convenient measurement for population physical activity.
