The journal addresses biblical, theological, and religious topics from an evangelical theological perspective. The Biblical Institute in Zagreb publishes it in collaboration with the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Osijek.

A new issue of Kairos: Evangelical Journal of Theology has been published, addressing topics such as Bible editions in Croatia (1990–2020), the missionary work of Churches of Christ in Croatia (1960–2010), and the role of music within churches of the Reformation heritage. It also engages with timely issues in church practice, including grief, premature loss, and the sense of emptiness following the sudden death of a loved one, as well as burnout among church ministers.
