• Published articles: Author information is retained indefinitely as part of the scholarly record
• Rejected manuscripts: Retained for 2 years, then deleted
• Peer review records: Retained for 10 years for research integrity purposes
• Correspondence: Retained for 5 years

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:
